Orders on eyeboss.in are sold and shipped by BRANDSHOPS INC and delivered in India by courier. Delivery fees and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout before you pay, and you will receive tracking details as soon as your order ships.

Exchange for a manufacturing defect or product issue

We want you to be delighted with your purchase. If your product has a manufacturing defect, does not work as described, or arrives damaged, we will gladly exchange it. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery using the request form, with your order number and a short video or clear photos showing the issue. An unboxing video helps us help you faster.

What happens next

Our team reviews your request, usually within 1 to 2 business days. Once it is approved, we arrange collection of the product and send you a replacement. If the same model is unavailable, we will agree a suitable alternative with you.

WINTOO AI Smart Glasses are covered by a 12-month limited warranty from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

Camera and video recording functions
Electronic components and internal circuitry
Built-in battery manufacturing defects
Bluetooth connectivity and other built-in electronic functions
Charging and power-related manufacturing defects

Warranty exclusions

This warranty does not cover accidental or physical damage, broken frames or lenses, scratches, water or liquid damage beyond the product’s specified resistance rating, misuse, unauthorized repairs or modifications, normal wear and tear, or damage caused by incompatible accessories or improper charging.

Warranty claim

Customers must provide valid proof of purchase. The product will be inspected to verify the reported defect. If the defect is covered by this warranty, WINTOO may repair or replace the product, subject to applicable law and warranty terms.

Important notice

Please retain your purchase invoice for warranty service. This warranty does not exclude or limit any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

What an exchange does not cover

To keep this fair for everyone, exchanges do not cover changes of mind, wear and tear, accidental damage after delivery, water damage, or products that have been opened for repair or modified by anyone other than us.

Damaged in transit

If your parcel arrives damaged, please record a short video while opening it and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will take care of the rest.
