These terms apply to purchases from eyeboss.in, operated by BRANDSHOPS INC, H2104, Oyster Grande,Dwarka Expressway, Sector 102,Gurugram, Haryana, 122505 (“we”, “us”). By placing an order you agree to them.
Products and prices
Prices are in INR. We try to keep product information and prices accurate, but we may correct errors and cancel an order affected by a pricing or stock error, with a full refund.
Orders and payment
Your order is confirmed when we send an order confirmation. Payment is taken at checkout through our payment provider.
Delivery, duties and VAT
Delivery is described on our Shipping & Returns page. Any import duty or VAT that applies is shown at checkout.
Exchanges, cancellation and refunds
We do not offer returns or refunds on orders that have been dispatched. If a product has a manufacturing defect or problem we will gladly exchange it, as described on our Shipping and Exchange page. Orders can be cancelled before dispatch, as described on Cancellation and Refund. Nothing here limits your statutory consumer rights.
Using the products
Smart glasses with cameras must be used lawfully and with respect for other people’s privacy. You are responsible for following local laws on recording.
Liability
To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.
